Our On-line Exclusive Free Delivery Service applies to all orders over £40 to Mainland England, Monday - Friday delivery.

Spend over £40 and the delivery charge is automatically set to zero when you go to Checkout.

Orders are shipped via UK Mail 24, City Link Next Day, or Royal Mail 1st Class service.

There are no Sunday Deliveries.

If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. If you take delivery of a signed for damaged packet or parcel please be sure to advise damaged condition when signing for it.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch
